A couple sleeping in a tent since becoming homeless has agreed to comply with a High Court injunction and vacate the offices of South Dublin County Council.

VINCENT DOYLE believed he had found a foolproof way of getting rid of his household rubbish without paying local authority waste charges, a judge has been told.
