The family of an Irish woman who mysteriously disappeared during a pilgrimage to Medjugorje will never know how she died, an inquest heard today.

AN official from the Irish Embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has been appointed to co-ordinate efforts to find an Irish woman who disappeared more than a week ago while on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje.

The distraught family of a grandmother who went missing almost a week ago while on a pilgrimage in Bosnia-Herzegovina said today they have no idea what could have happened to her.
