Westmeath 1-21 Antrim 0-7: Westmeath recorded their second victory in their Leinster SHC qualifier group with an emphatic win over Antrim in a very wet and rain soaked Cusack Park, Mullingar, yesterday.

WESTMEATH slumped into deep relegation trouble when they lost at home to Antrim by four points, having finished the game with just 13 players.

TWO years ago Antrim came within two points of defeating Limerick in the All-Ireland MHC semi-final. Last year Galway were fortunate to survive against them by four points in a quarter-final.
