Indonesian officials have said that they were confident wreckage of AirAsia Flight 8501 had been located after sonar equipment detected four massive objects on the ocean floor.

The investigation into the AirAsia crash has turned to the sea floor, with more sonar equipment and metal detectors deployed today to scour the seabed for wreckage, including the plane’s black boxes.

An AirAsia flight attendant identified by the name tag on her red uniform has become the first victim of AirAsia Flight 8501 to be returned to her family.
