THE education system is being ruined by a growing emphasis on business in the running of third level colleges, a teachers’ union leader has warned.

THE Irish Federation of University Teachers is concerned about recent reports in the media which have focused on how senior figures in the universities have been articulating their ‘visions’ for the future of their institutions.
