A BANK has asked the Commercial Court for orders requiring two men to repay loans of more than €9 million made to their property development company and themselves.

A FIANNA Fáil councillor and his wife have been ordered by a High Court judge to repay commercial loans totalling €2.6 million to Bank of Ireland.
