The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) has secured orders freezing €250,000 held in the name of a Thai national in the Dublin branch of an international bank. 

A court action to have bankrupt developer Tom McFeely jailed over an unpaid debt will resume next month.

Bankrupt developer Tom McFeely breached a court order and failed to disclose assets in a case brought over his failure to pay a €24,000 debt to a recruitment firm, a judge was told today.
