The treasurer and accountant of a state-funded charity providing education and support for teenagers is to meet with other members of the charity over allegations he misappropriated up to €161,000 of its funds, the High Court heard.

Convicted drug dealer John Gilligan has claimed before the Supreme Court that he did not receive a proper trial when his assets were frozen by the State in 1996.
