Ruby Walsh helped to create a piece of Australian racing history as he steered Bashboy to an unprecedented third success in the Grand National Steeplechase at Ballarat racecourse yesterday.

Ruby Walsh will make a flying visit Down Under this weekend to team up with one of the stars of the local national hunt scene, Bashboy, in the Australian equivalent of the Grand National, at Ballarat Racecourse, Victoria.

Ruby Walsh could be in line to ride Bashboy when the horse bids for an historic third victory in the Australian Grand National on Sunday.
