At least five security troops were killed when some 200 militants streamed over the border from Afghanistan and attacked a Pakistani checkpoint, police said today.

EXPLOSIVES stored in a house blew up yesterday, sending a huge fireball through a Pakistani village, killing at least 47 and injuring 150, reports said.
