Cuala took the honours in the All-Ireland Club hurling final with surprising ease, easing past Ballyea of Clare in a dour struggle.

CORK football continued on the rise at Pairc Ui Chaoimh last where the junior team picked up their third Munster title in five years with a convincing victory over Clare in the provincial final.
