Two men questioned over the murder of a 28-year-old man in Dublin two years ago were released without charge last night, gardaí said.

The man beaten to death in a Dublin park at the weekend has been identified as 29-year-old Anthony Jenkinson from Mount Olive Rd, Kilbarrack, who won an appeal against an armed robbery conviction two months ago.
