A CORONER has blamed alcohol for a growing number of deaths in Ireland.

A PUBLIC inquiry has been called for in the case of a young mother-of-two who died of hypothermia.

DUBLIN City Council has denied that the heating system in a Ballymun flat in which a mother-of-two died of hypothermia had been switched off.
