THE family of a Co Limerick man who committed suicide hours after being allowed out of a psychiatric ward at the Mid-Western Regional Hospital are seeking a full investigation into the circumstances of his death.

A LIMERICK father last night called on the Government to publish a report into the suicide of his daughter in a Limerick hospital.

THE father of a young woman who hanged herself hours after being transferred from a private hospital to a public ward vowed last night to pursue the Department of Health though the courts until he got justice for his daughter.
