CORK’S Gemma O’Connor collected her sixth successive All Star as the All-Ireland champions, and defeated finalists Kilkenny, dominated the camogie awards ceremony at the Citywest Hotel on Saturday night.

Gala All-Ireland camogie champions Cork dominate the nominations for this year’s Camogie All Stars with nine players in contention for awards.

Five of Cork’s camogie squad are still on for a unique dual player double after Barryroe ace Jenny O’Leary ran the show in the Rebels’ 3-9 to 1-4 All-Ireland semi-final defeat of Galway at Nowlan Park.
