Latest: Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council leader Nicholas Paget-Brown has said he is stepping down following criticism of the response to the Grenfell Tower disaster.

The 11th-hour decision to shelve Kensington and Chelsea Council's first cabinet meeting since the Grenfell Tower disaster has been branded an "absolute fiasco".
