A 57-year-old woman was found dead in a chair at her Kerry home after an alleged failure the previous day to diagnose she was suffering from a heart problem, a court has heard.

I was impressed by Angela Morris (Letters, March 3) on the basis that the household charge is unconstitutional, being in breach of the principles of social justice.

I intend not to pay any household charge.
