Continuing attacks from rebels are delaying Ukrainian forces’ pullback of heavy weapons from the front line in the country’s east, a Ukrainian military spokesman said today.

For the rebel fighters who seized control of the strategic town Ukraine of Debaltseve, it was a day of jubilation and bragging of victory.
