THE new Iraqi government will be able to veto coalition military operations once it assumes power in July, British Prime Minister Tony Blair said yesterday.

Two more American soldiers were killed and three were wounded in two incidents in northern Iraq, the US military said.

The Iraqi National Congress (INC): Founded in 1992 as an umbrella group for other exiled opposition groups, the INC has since faced claims it acts unilaterally as its own party.

Two Palestinians have been charged in connection with the murder of Israeli Tourism Minister Rehavam Zeevi.
