An international field will tee off at Roganstown this week when the Irish Blind Golf Open returns to the sporting calendar for the first time since 2000.

Some of the top blind golfers in Ireland hope to inspire a new generation to take up their clubs and tee-off as an international competition comes to Cork for the first time.

Dublin sauntered into the Bord Gais Energy All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling final with 26 points to spare over a hapless Antrim at Pairc Esler in Newry.
