Congolese and Rwandan officials have announced an end to four years of fighting in a war that has claimed more than two million lives.

The United Nations and the Rwandan government today urged refugees from the volcano in eastern Congo to gather in approved camps, where aid agencies could deliver food, water and shelter - but most Congolese just want to go home.

Tens of thousands of people have lost their homes as a volcano erupts in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
