THE father of a college student whose suicide was broadcast live over a webcam said he was appalled by the virtual audience that egged on his son and called for tougher regulation of internet sites.

The sister of a US teenager who committed suicide live on the internet said “it boggles the mind” that viewers and the website operators had up to 12 hours to save him.
