ROSCOMMON survived a late Kerry rally to secure a deserved victory in a poor All-Ireland JFC semi-final at Ennis on Saturday night.

KERRY stripped Cork of their Munster and All-Ireland junior football championship titles with a two-point victory at Páirc Uí Chaoimh last night in a keenly contested provincial final.

CHAMPIONS Cork are compelled, under rule, to field a completely new team for the All-Ireland junior football championship, but they are back tonight to defend their provincial crown against Kerry at Páirc Uí Chaoimh (7.30pm).
