BUTCH JAMES insists Bath will learn from their last-gasp Heineken Cup defeat away to Toulouse yesterday.

Bath prop David Barnes has been appointed tour captain of the newly-named England Saxons in this season’s Barclays Churchill Cup competition.

Skipper Jonathan Humphreys will be on board for Bath’s date with Leinster at Lansdowne Road tomorrow evening (5.15pm) The Welshman has mended from a shoulder strain and his front row colleague Duncan Bell is also included.
