Three-times London Marathon winner Paula Radcliffe has been declared innocent of any blood doping by world athletics’ governing body the IAAF which said it was “shocking” that the distance runner should have been publicly accused.

Paula Radcliffe’s trainer and husband believes it is time the World Anti-Doping Agency cleared her of all doping allegations.

Paula Radcliffe says the pressure being put on her to release her blood test data is bordering on abuse.

Paula Radcliffe has warned that “many innocent athletes” face being implicated in the doping scandal currently engulfing athletics following allegations of large-scale blood test irregularities.

"I will not stand by and not defend myself when I am put in this situation."
