SERIAL sex offender James Lombard was caught yesterday in Carrigaline, Co Cork, where he was walking down the street in the mid-afternoon.

A serial sex offender captured today three weeks after he disappeared on the final day of his trail at Cork Circuit Court has been remanded in custody to appear at Youghal Circuit Court.
