A video has surfaced online of a dramatic rescue of two young children from a truck capsized in the middle of rapid floodwaters in Texas.

Three people, including a police officer and the suspected gunman, are dead following a shooting near the Texas A&M campus in College Station yesterday, police and university officials say.
