A High Court judge has disqualified Independent TD Mick Wallace from involvement in companies for six years arising from his stewardship of the affairs of his construction company, M.J. Wallace.

Developer and Independent TD Mick Wallace has said that the appointment of a receiver to certain of his assets “does not affect the standing” of his construction company.
