Shareholders in the Irish-headquartered FleetMatics are set to partake in the company’s $123m (€95m) IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.

Irish-headquartered fleet management system FleetMatics is set to raise $100m (€80.5m) with an initial public offer (IPO) according to documents filed with the US securities and exchange commission.
