Leading Irish IT consulting and managed services provider, Version-1, has continued its “aggressive” acquisition-led growth strategy by purchasing a UK company for an undisclosed sum.

DUBLIN-based IT consultancy firm Version-1 is to create nearly 200 jobs over the next year-and-a-half, a move which follows a similar employment drive by the company last year.
