Medical records purported to be those of Michael Schumacher have been offered for sale and officials are investigating the theft, his agent said, one week after the seven-times Formula One champion came out of a coma.

Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher is to continue his rehabilitation in Switzerland having emerged from a coma after almost six months.

Michael Schumacher is no longer in a coma and has left the hospital in Grenoble, France, where he had been receiving treatment after suffering a head injury in a skiing accident last year.
