The Secretary of the Ulster Schools’ GAA has hit out at some ridiculous training regimes that some Ulster schools have set out over the next two months.

GAA Director General Páraic Duffy has insisted that the Association’s disciplinary structures do not need change despite a number of recent controversies.

Ulster Rugby today announced that back row forward Chris Henry has signed a two-year contract extension keeping him at the club until at least June 2014.
