A forensic psychologist whose testimony helped free the Birmingham Six and Guildford Four is to give evidence to the Morris Tribunal this week.

A former Ulster Defence Regiment soldier today launched a bid to get the House of Lords to overturn a 20-year-old murder conviction.

The murder conviction of a former member of the Ulster Defence Regiment was today referred back to the Court of Appeal in the North for a third time.
