The Scottish distilling firm, William Grant & Sons, have announced a number of new senior appointments at its recently opened global marketing office in Dublin.

William Grant & Sons Holdings has entered into a binding agreement for the purchase of C&C’s spirits and liqueur business for €300m, it was announced today.

C&C GROUP is looking to strengthen its spirits and liqueurs division through bolt-on acquisitions.
