The London Times has alleged before the Commercial Court it is legally entitled to use the words “Times” and “Irish Edition” in promoting a new digital Irish edition of the UK newspaper.

JAMES MURDOCH has resigned from the boards of the publishing units within News Corp’s British newspaper arm, which used to include the now-defunct News of the World tabloid.

James Murdoch has resigned as a director of the companies which publish The Sun and The Times, according to documents filed with Companies House in London.
