IRISH Examiner journalist Claire O’Sullivan was last night named Social/Humanitarian Affairs Journalist of The Year at the Bord Gáis Energy National Media Awards.

Mr Padraig Mallon, Head of Advertising, has been appointed Chief Executive Designate at Examiner Publications (Cork) Limited.
