SECURITY and recruitment firm Newcourt Group made a profit of €2.2 million in 2005, its first year as a quoted company.

Newcourt Group plc has announced that it’s subsidiary Sigmar Group Limited has acquired The People Group Limited for an initial consideration of €2.685m.
