A worker who claimed he was forced to retire from a Co Donegal-owned seafood company at age 66 has been awarded €24,000 in compensation by the Equality Tribunal.

A CATERING assistant who alleged she was assaulted, bullied and harassed at work has settled a damages claim of €38,000 for an undisclosed sum in the Circuit Civil court.
