Connemara Mining, the Irish AIM listed zinc exploration company, has today announced a joint venture deal with Boliden Tara Mines.

EXPLORATION company Connemara Mining has announced that the latest drilling results from the Stonepark zinc discovery in Limerick has defined upper and lower zones of zinc-lead mineralisation.

Connemara Mining, the AIM listed zinc exploration company, has raised £1.06m through a placing of 5,283,000 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each at a price of 20 pence per ordinary share.

Zince explorer Connemara Mining has struck a high grade zinc-lead deposit with the first drill hole of its 2009 drilling programme in Limerick, the company said today.
