A Kerry publican with strong GAA associations has been convicted of after-hours drinking on two separate occasions when gardaí found the front door of his pub wide open and live music playing.

ON THE face of it, Patrick O’Sullivan appeared to get off lightly. O’Sullivan is the chairman of the Kerry GAA county board, and proprietor of the well known Killarney hostelry, Tatler Jack’s.
