PROPERTY developer Taggart Holdings has reported an operating profit of €12.3 million for 2003.

The ISEQ closed down 27 points to 5,256 on sluggish volume with a late afternoon resurgence failing to push the market into positive territory.

The ISEQ in Dublin closed down 16 points, or 0.31%, to 5284 this evening, on losses in some of the bigger stocks.
