An Bord Pleanala has given the green light to a controversial €115m commercial and housing development just outside Nenagh, Co Tipperary.

A MULTI-MILLION euro residential and business development on the outskirts of Nenagh, Co Tipperary, has been granted planning permission by Nenagh Town Council.
