A campaign to get people to dispose of unused medication properly is being launched by the South-Western Health Board today.

Gardaí investigating the activities of a nurse today exhumed the body of a man in his 70s who died earlier this year.

The South-Western Health Board, the Department of Education and Offaly Co Council have all been criticised in the report of the Ombudsman.
