Duncan Osborne is the new chief executive of Calor Ireland, which supplies and distributes Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) across Ireland.

Calor is to create 13 jobs which it is looking to fill immediately following the announcement of a €10m all-island investment.

Billionaire Paul Fentener van Vlissingen, one of Scotland’s wealthiest foreign residents, who owned an 80,000-acre estate, has died of cancer, his personal secretary said today. He was 65.
