THE High Court has reserved judgment on applications for discovery of documents for the hearing of proceedings linked to the construction of the gas pipeline near Rossport in Co Mayo.

The five men jailed over protests against a pipeline from the Corrib gas field off the Mayo coast are the only people with the power to resolve the dispute, it was claimed today.
