The Supreme Court has dismissed a challenge to the validity of compulsory acquisition orders for the Shell pipeline project in Co Mayo.

A PROPOSAL which could break the impasse in the dispute which has kept the “Rossport Five” in prison for the past 12 days is to come before the High Court on Thursday.
