The Government was today urged to follow the lead of the British authorities and cut VAT on condoms.

IN a Dáil protest to mark Irish AIDS Day, campaigners yesterday called on the Government to put sexual health on the political agenda by developing a national strategy to deal with the issue.

Over 25,000 sexual health packs will be handed out at college campuses across the country in a bid to cut down on the high numbers contracting sexually transmitted diseases, it was confirmed today.
