Greencore has reported a near 3% year-on-year rise in third quarter group revenues, despite lowering sales in its core UK operations.

Convenience food producer Greencore has reported revenue growth of 44.5% to €1.4bn in the year to the end of September.

Greencore has acquired US snacks producer HC Schau & Son for around €15.5m, of which€10.4m is being paid in cash.
