SENIOR managers in government departments should be forced to reapply for their jobs when a new administration comes into place — as they too have to shoulder some blame for the economic crisis.

SAONGROUP, the holding company of Denis O’Brien’s portfolio of online recruitment companies, has strengthened its presence in southern Africa by buying the Mauritius-based recruitment website, myjob.mu for an undisclosed sum.
