TWO major office and residential developments have been given the go-ahead by an Bord Pleanála in one of the country’s most exclusive neighbourhoods despite multiple objections from wealthy residents and environmentalists.

THE future of Seán Dunne’s business empire remains uncertain after An Bord Pleanála (ABP) yesterday refused planning permission for the property developer’s high-rise development at the former Jury’s Berkeley Court site in Ballsbridge.
